Scheduling, Services & Locations
Schedules are created according to the family’s needs, custody agreement, mediation recommendations, court order or family requests. Every attempt will be made to negotiate a schedule, however there are times when an impasse may be reached.

Center Based Supervision may include community outings to nearby parks, restaurants, bowling alleys, golf, community-centers, and splash pads. Outside play is encouraged, weather permitting. This is not an all inclusive list and other activities may be added at the discretion of the program.

Healthy snacks and meals are encouraged during all parenting time sessions. If your session falls over the breakfast, lunch or dinner hour, the parent is expected to provide a meal.

Available Appliances in Center: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, small convection oven, induction cook-top with sauce pan and boiling pot.

Full size sink and counterspace, utensils, dinnerware, cookie sheets, mixing bowls are also available for meal preparation.

Services and Fees:

Intake: Includes, Registration, Interview, Tour, and Scheduling $30.00 (payable by
credit card at the interview session.)

Relationship Repair in Family Therapy: $100.00 per hour.

Techniques will build on a family’s resources, skills and abilities. Families will learn
to do more of what works within their family culture.

Establish a positive parent/child relationship that includes consistent, positive
child-management techniques and discipline.

Attain a level of peaceful co-existence whereby daily issues can be negotiated
without becoming ongoing conflicts. Interventions: Facilitation of healthy
communication and conflict resolution.

Establish a new family identity in which each member feels they belong and are
valued. Interventions: Assist the parent(s) in identifying areas that need
strengthening in their parenting and work with them to strengthen those areas.

 

Become a family unit that is functional and whose members are bonded to each
other. Interventions: Develop a list of positive family activities that promote
harmony. Elicit from parent(s) the role each parent takes in creating a cohesive
environment for the child(ren) so as not to illicit responses of choosing between
caregivers/parents.

 

Therapeutic Parenting Time: Parent Education Included $60.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) Insurance does not cover this service.

Sessions are documented and sent to each parent via e-mail within 48 hours.

Therapeutic Parenting Time is meant to be an evaluative process for parents who have not been in a consistent relationship with their child(ren) or there has been experienced trauma such as domestic violence, abuse, neglect. The attending parent will need to complete the Nurturing/Positive parenting curriculum prior to moving to supported parenting time.

Therapeutic Parenting Time Will apply to the families who have active Harassment Retraining Orders, Orders for Protection, or a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order.

The intensity of the service in these situations will be determined by mutual agreement, or court order. $60.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) Insurance does not cover this service.

Sessions are documented and sent to each parent via e-mail within 48 hours.

Supported Parenting Time: $50.00 per hour (2-hour minimum) Insurance does not
cover this service.

Coaching and Education as needed. Each session is documented, and notes are e-mailed to each parent or caregiver within 48-hours of service.

Parent Coaching: $60.00 per hour

Mental Health Professional uses a bio-psycho-social-spiritual agreement model that supports each parent in confidently supporting their children in navigating two family homes.

The process includes, individual and co-parent sessions using a telehealth platform.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand emergencies happen and to the best of our ability we will work to
find a solution that meets your family’s need.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail the 24-hours prior to service. If the service is not cancelled within the 24-hours the full price of the service will apply and must
be paid prior to the next service.


If your child refuses to enter the parenting time space, every effort will be made to
support the child and parent. If the parent arrives and becomes dysregulated
emotionally or arrives and there is a suspicion of impairment, the parent(s) are still
responsible for the full payment of the parenting time session.
